Student Eligibility Policy

This policy explains who qualifies for student pricing on velloriax.com, how we verify student status before a booking is confirmed, and what happens if eligibility cannot be proven. It forms part of the pre-contract information we provide under Закон України № 675-VIII «Про електронну комерцію».

1. Who is eligible

Student pricing is available if you meet all of the following conditions:

  • You are at least 16 years old; where you are under 18, a legal representative must give written consent before the booking is finalised.
  • You are enrolled in an accredited secondary, vocational or higher education institution.
  • You can present a valid student ID card or an enrolment certificate issued by that institution.

2. How we verify eligibility

  • You submit a scan or photo of your student ID and enrolment certificate through the booking form or by email to contact@velloriax.com.
  • We review the documents within two business days and confirm the outcome in writing.
  • The student price is applied only after confirmation. Prices displayed before verification are provisional.
  • We may request additional proof where a document is expired, illegible or inconsistent with your booking details.

3. Discount conditions

  • The reduction applies only to the products explicitly marked as student offers and cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • One student price per person and per booking.
  • If eligibility is not confirmed, the standard price applies and you may cancel before performance without charge.

All offers are presented accurately and are not misleading as to price, availability or included services, in line with Закон України № 270/96-ВР «Про рекламу».

4. Your consumer rights

You receive clear pre-contract information on the service, price, terms of performance and complaint procedure under Закон України № 1023-XII «Про захист прав споживачів». Written consent to student-status checks may be withdrawn at any time by emailing contact@velloriax.com.

5. Refusal, withdrawal and complaints

We may decline or cancel student pricing where documents are forged, expired or belong to another person. Complaints about eligibility decisions can be sent to contact@velloriax.com and are answered within 14 calendar days. Your personal data is processed in accordance with Закон України № 3687-IX «Про захист персональних даних».

6. Ask about your eligibility
