Terms of Service

These terms govern use of velloriax.com and any booking of our student travel services.

1. Seller

velloriax.com is operated by velloriax.com, sole proprietor (PE), 28 Sofiyivska Street, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine, EDRPOU 05886565, Managing Director Anna Dubois, contact@velloriax.com, +380 982 712 9540 — Закон України № 675-VIII «Про електронну комерцію».

2. Booking and student eligibility

A contract forms when you submit the booking form and we send written confirmation. Student fares require valid full-time student status for the whole trip, verified at booking and on departure. Prices, dates and availability are accurate at publication: Закон України № 270/96-ВР «Про рекламу».

3. Prices and fees

Prices are per person in the currency shown at checkout and include the services listed for that programme. Extra fees — single supplement, visa, insurance, optional excursions, bank charges — are disclosed before payment, with pre-contract information under Закон України № 1023-XII «Про захист прав споживачів».

4. Inclusions and exclusions

Included: accommodation, listed transport, programme activities and guide services. Not included: international flights unless stated, visas, travel insurance, unlisted meals, personal expenses and anything not expressly listed.

5. Itinerary and minimum participants

Programmes may change for weather, safety or supplier reasons, with equivalent alternatives where possible. Each tour states a minimum number of participants; if it is not reached we inform you before departure and offer an alternative or a full refund. Details are disclosed under Закон України № 324/95-ВР «Про туризм».

6. Cancellation and complaints

Cancellation terms appear before booking and in your confirmation. Complaints: contact@velloriax.com, answered within 10 working days; refunds go to the original payment method, under Закон України № 1023-XII «Про захист прав споживачів».

7. Privacy and governing law

Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice (Закон України № 3687-IX «Про захист персональних даних»). These terms are governed by Ukrainian law; disputes are heard by the courts of Ukraine.
