The traveller is solely responsible for holding a valid passport, visas, transit permits, health certificates and any other document required by the destination and transit countries. Requirements may change without notice. We do not provide visa or entry guarantees: no employee or partner of velloriax.com can promise that a visa, residence permit, boarding or border entry will be granted. Decisions rest exclusively with the competent authorities. Refusal of entry, denied boarding or a missed departure for document reasons is not our liability and does not entitle the traveller to a refund.
2. Travel insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical treatment, evacuation, trip interruption and luggage is strongly recommended and may be required for some programmes. The traveller is responsible for the accuracy of the policy and for any exclusion applied by the insurer.
3. Local laws and conduct
Travellers must comply with the laws, customs, currency and health rules of each country visited. Failure to comply may lead to refusal of services by carriers or hotels, without refund or compensation from velloriax.com.
4. Changes, prices and confirmation
Itineraries, accommodation, carriers, departure times and published prices may change before booking confirmation. Information on this website is an invitation to book, not a binding offer. A programme becomes guaranteed only when a written booking confirmation is issued. Before that point, prices and availability are not reserved.
5. Complaints, cancellation and refunds
Complaints are handled under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII «Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv» and Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR «Pro turyzm». Cancellation terms, complaint timelines and refund rules are stated in the booking confirmation and in our complaint procedure page.
6. Advertising and personal data
Promotional information is published in line with Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR «Pro reklamu» and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII «Pro elektronnu komertsiiu». Personal data is processed under Law of Ukraine No. 3687-IX «Pro zakhyst personalnykh danykh»; consent may be withdrawn at any time.
